Sleep and Weight Loss

Slept through my morning alarm!  So, according to the Tip of the Day by Fitbie, by doing so helps get rid of my belly fat?!  My grandpa used to say this and he had a 5th grade education.  So, at least now with all my book learning I know that the hormones regulating my hunger is gherlin and leptin.  I guess the proof will be in how my body adapts this week.
